Warrap State SPLM Chairperson Officiates Swearing-in Ceremony

Warrap State SPLM Chairperson, Cde. Francis Marial Abur, officiated the swearing-in of the newly appointed SPLM Youth League Executives, SPLM Chairpersons of Tonj South and North Counties, Kuajok Municipal Council, and SPLM Women League Executives.

Addressing the gathering, Governor Francis Marial urged the new members to uphold SPLM’s core values and work towards the party’s vision ahead of the 2026 general elections. He reaffirmed his commitment to strengthening SPLM in Warrap and collaborating with other parties in implementing the Revitalized Peace Agreement.

He encouraged all SPLM members to dedicate three hours every Saturday to political education sessions at the SPLM State Secretariat. He also called for unity and cooperation across political lines to foster peace and stability.

The event was attended by Cde. Mark Mawar Deng Wol, SPLM National Youth League Secretary for Political Affairs, SPLM Liberation Council members, and Warrap State government executives.
